Guess where the best place to hold a team building event for employees from 15 countries? Georgia, of course!
Organizing team building for people from different continents who have never met before is not an easy task. Naturally, in order to keep everyone happy, it was necessary to take into account the subtleties of mentality, interests and gastronomic preferences of the participants. Looking ahead, let us say that we managed to do it perfectly.
First we had to gather all the participants in Radisson Blu Iveria Tbilisi hotel. It took 2 whole days and 14 transfers (from a business class car to a comfortable bus) to meet all the guests from different parts of the world at the airport. Upon arrival, the employees were welcomed with a speedy check-in and welcome souvenirs in the rooms, of course, with Georgian character ;)

The PROMICE team made sure that every day of the event became unforgettable. During the week the participants were imbued with the spirit of local traditions and enjoyed the beauty of the country. Getting acquainted with Georgia began with cozy streets of old Tbilisi and continued on the expanses of Kakheti. In the valley of winemaking the guests took part in the ancient Georgian custom of pressing grapes in "Satsnakheli", in cooking khinkali, barbecue, churchkhela and baking Georgian bread "shoti". All this was accompanied by songs of the national choir and liters of chacha and wine. In order to burn off extra calories after a long feast, we included in the program hiking along picturesque trails and rafting on the mountain river.
An important point of team building was the organization of food. There were vegetarians and vegans among the participants. PROMICE's task was to select establishments and menus that would suit the gastronomic preferences of all the guests. We coped with it to the hilt and received many rave reviews about Georgian cuisine.
Another topical issue was employee health protection. We provided daily rapid tests for all guests and PCR tests upon request. During the corporate event in Georgia, none of the participants fell ill :)
