What can bring people together to achieve a common result? Spoiler: creativity.

One day, a client approached us with an unusual task. Elcore wanted to organize a team building event for HP printing solutions. The theme of the event initially dictated an artistic orientation, so it was decided that the guests would draw.

After the educational part of the event, the guests were divided into groups and instructed for team building. The teams had to paint fragments of Vincent Van Gogh's famous masterpiece. "Landscape with a House and a Plowman" was not chosen by chance. All the elements of the painting - fertile soil, the ennobled house, the peasant cultivating the land for the future harvest - express the artist's passionate hope for change for the better.

Each creative team received a set of paints, brushes and puzzle pieces. We decided to complicate the task and gave out only 4 colors that are used for printing in printers. In order to expand the palette, the participants had to mix the colors. Of course, the PROMICE team took care of the safety of the guests' clothes and prepared protective equipment. Everyone dressed in waterproof raincoats by team colors.

Team building participants with great excitement picked up the palette and painted canvases. The atmosphere was saturated with team spirit. When the task was completed, all the puzzle pieces were united and the canvas was exhibited in the hotel garden, where the buffet was held.

By the way, the picture still hangs honorably on the wall in the office of Elcore.
