The GITI conference is the most high-profile IT event in Georgia. For 11 years, the event has been bringing together professionals from the fields of cyber security and IT innovation. It is quite difficult to win the trust of the founders of an event of this level. However, we managed to prove ourselves. And now three times PROMICE agency became the organizer of the event.

Preparing an event is always a responsible process. However, nervousness increases when it is necessary to represent the country on the international arena. For two days GITI was visited by more than 600 participants, including those from 10 European and CIS countries. Among them were engineers, company owners, representatives of government agencies, embassies, banks and global IT corporations.

The status of the event often depends on the value of the speakers. The Minister of Justice Teia Tsulukiani spoke at the opening of the conference. The list of speakers also included representatives of the Ministry of Economy, the National Bank of Georgia, top managers of Newlett Packard Enterprise and Microsoft.

Naturally, the conference was in the center of media attention. The event was covered by public and private TV channels, as well as in the press and Internet portals. We thoroughly prepared for the journalists' visit: we provided an advanced registration and a place for interviews.

In order to make everything go smoothly, we took care of uninterrupted operation of the equipment, selected the right lighting, set up the sound and ensured that the presentations were broadcast on a huge screen. And to ensure that every speaker was understood, we prepared simultaneous interpretation equipment for each guest. But that's not all. A unified design concept is an important element of any event. Our event agency developed the design and organized the production of branded components: from badges and program, to the press-volley and 3D-banner on the main stage.
